Protect Ohio small businesses

Ohio small businesses are suffering like never before – while big box stores are booming.

One reason? The state shut down mom-and-pop shops while big businesses remained open. 

Small retailers selling gardening supplies, clothing, and books and games had to keep their doors locked while “essential” big businesses were free to sell the exact same items.

The Business Fairness Act would ensure this unfair double standard never happens again in Ohio.
