GOVERNOR EMERGENCY POWERS

The bill would allow the General Assembly to rescind any executive order or any emergency declaration issued by the governor by passing a concurrent resolution. After the General Assembly rescinds an order or declaration, the governor would be prohibited from reissuing the order or declaration for 90 days.
